Sci-Fi Universe Mod

Hi All

I'm stuck once more trying to access mods. This time it is 'Sci-Fi Universe'.

I have tried on numerous occasions to download the file but have never succeeded in downloading it all. I've had 'download complete' messages on file sizes ranging from 45 to 105 Mb, but not once have I succeeded on downloding the complete 130 Mb file.

Most of the problems I have experienced in the past have related to incomplete or corrupt downloads, but I can't understand why I am unable to get this file in its entirety. My downloads are not being interupted by the ISP or by local PC activity.

I would be grateful if anyone could indicate where my problem might lie - I'd love to try this mod.

Thank you.

I would recommend a download accelerator, as it hold incomplete downloads and resumes them if broken or interupted.

Try using a different browser.
A suggestion is Maxthon and Advant

Downloaded and instaleed Maxthon, then attempted further download of the mod. This time it was 83.6 Mb before I got the 'download complete' message.

I don't understand it and I don't think a download manager would help as the downloadis never borken, always completed to different sizes.
