I need to know where i can find a ship that can mount class 10 weapons. I found a wreck that i salvaged some class 10 weapons from but i don't have a ship that can use them.

To answer your question would be considered a spoiler (ruin the game for someone).

But I did say that you can ask any question in this forum without fear of someone stomping your guts out...

So I'll try to answer without giving anything away.
Check the Freelancer Spoiler Forum for hints and clues.
These types of questions are allowed in there.
If people want to spoil the game it's up to them that way.

There are several ships that can mount class 10 weapons.
If you just started playing Freelancer it will take awhile before you get
to those areas that sell a ship capable of mounting class 10 weapons.

Sit back and enjoy the show...might as well sell the level 10 guns off for now...
