lookin for a certain mod

Hello Peeps, I don't know if i fit in the new category, but i think i do(only been here like a month) I love playing all these mods, from the topfreelancers mod and the WTS mods, to the evolutions mod. But I wish i was a modder, I used to play sfc 3 and did some modding of those ships, a LONG time ago(though i had to use exsisting models, cause i couldn't figure out how to create) Anyways, i notice that the best input u can get is from other peeps, the descriptions are nice, but they cannot match what a player describes.
So now on to my question. I am looking for a mod with a lot of ships, a lot of equipment and a certain kinda principle when it comes to balancing. I think big ships(big cargo ships, destroyers, battleships, etc. etc.) should be big, slow and can take a year of super pounding. i think the freightor shields should be twice as powerful as a fighter ship, and if possible a battleship(or any really big military vessle) should be 1.5 times stronger than a freightor shield, this same kind of method should also apply to the armor. I think that it should be NEARLY impossible for a lone fighter to take out a lone battleship. I like the idea of having like a sector with like 30 different warpholes, but that sector having the most hated enemy in there. I believe that onf fighter should not be ablet to kill another fighter in under a second, i like the idea of dogfighting, it's kinda hard whenever your dead in a second(then again i do suk at PvP) also in that respect i think the weps for everybody should be scaled down(if it was then you would have to dogfight longer, but then again please refer to my previous statement about me being suxxor. I like the idea that you don't also have to be either a trader of a fighter, i like the idea of other job types in game.
Well if you have read it too here, THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME, Pls help with any ideas of what kinda mods fit the above critieria, i like this game, and i wanna continue playing, heck I would even be happy to pay some peep, if he would mod this game to my specifications, would have no problem dropping a 100 spot or 2 if the game was modded how i want.

Here's a tip for survivin to dogfight. (I can't fight, but I can stay alive in a fight pretty well)
Strafe all around, engine kill feature as soon as lock is achieved (this last one requires MAJOR practic, and possibly psychic powers)
Try to predict his sho times and projectile speeds as to change your strafing exactly when they'd get to your previous poition.

First things first (the legal stuff): you cannot pay money for mods , the mod is a modification of a game owned by Microsoft. Paying someone for that is a violation of so many laws its not funny.

Next: Welcome to TLR, cardamine's in the fridge... *whispers* get out while you can, don't look back!

Finally: I'm not a big fan of mods, but I bet a combination of single player mods could produce the desired results.

Have you ever tried ReBalance ? Most of the ideas you wrote about (specially the ... balancing stuff about BS, freighters etc.) is in it. Latest version you may find here .
Another mod I recommend for your purposes is the (old) Hostile Universe v. 8 - awesome gameplay and the most mysterious systems I've ever seen. Quote: "It's all about exploring" Link .

Sidenote: No idea why the 8.1.-version has disappeared here on TLR. 8.0 (Link above) is EXTREMELY difficult in SP. And the original has gone
