I need help from a modder to make an admin tool / mod for my

Recently I've figured out that I'm going to start my own freelancer server. Now I got Ioncross and Victor mod. Now what I need is a good admin mod/tool for my server. With In-game features such as. Banning, searching, kicking. etc. Also a few weapon changes as well and some other stuff.

Eh? Ioncross Serveroperator does all the things you've asked for.

Yeh, and as Victor and JoeBoomz have been working together for a long time, the IONCROSS Server Operator comes with the gamedata for the Victormo already, really neat.
