An HTML Document, is just that, a document in HTML form. What are you asking, in reguards to the radio? The XM radio that I am familiar with, is satilite radio.

You can embed a music player to play in internet stream in a HTML document, it still means you need to actually have a stream for the player to connect to of course. And users may require a browser plugin such as realplayer to get it to work.
