1. Dungeon Siege is a game...Freelancer and Starlancer are games.
2. All 3 games provide some content...(a reason for this website to exist).
3. All 3 games are published by Microsoft. Because of TLR's hosting situation we are limited in what games we can cover. In other words we are limited in what we can cover and there's just not any new space games available, yet anyway...
We would love to cover more space games but there isn't any available to us, so rather then see TLR get stale we think adding some new content is a good thing.
4. We wanted to add more games for the community...we have the resources so why not give more if we can. The plan is to eventually expand TLR into a gaming portal of sorts.
5. It don't cost you anything. We don't ask you to donate anything, not even your time. If Dungeon Siege don't interest you then don't look at the Dungeon Siege Section...it's that easy.

We have the resources and the dedicated people so why not use them and make TLR the best it can be...It's not like we're getting paid to keep this site up and running, we do it because we want to...

If a particular game don't interest you hopefully another will and you will be happy to be part of the community.

I hope this explains things enough to satisfy your curiosity about what games have in common and why we have decided to expand.

Is it really necessary to try to say points 1, 2 and 4 with a straight face? It doesn't help you case. Clearly 3 is the real reason masked under layers of mud. And part 5 is just insulting to your community members whom you owe your existence. When you alienate your last visitor, don't expect Microsoft to keep footing the bill.

Chris, no one makes you read up on DS. We have it and the game isn't bad either. I look forward to the next one, that is due out soon. As to what Baked posted, he aswered questions as to why DS is here at TLR. If you don't agree, you may want to hang out only in the Freelancer forums.

What makes you think I'm trying to make a case?
I don't think I need to...
We are providing something for everyone to enjoy...and we like to think that we are doing the best we can.

Why are you complaining?
Does it offend you?

My point was that we are trying to make a nice community here for everyone to come and enjoy without it costing anything and we are trying to provide some content and enjoyment.

I guess you cant please everyone...

Giant robot, eh? That's at the end of the "Goblin" level as I recall. It's not the hardest fight in the game, but that level is one of the more difficult ones.

The "Goblin" level is about halfway through the game, possibly more. After that you have the "Desert" level, then the "Castle" level, and finally the "Dungeon" and "End" levels. There are a few minor levels in between them, and there is still a lot of playing left to be done after killing the Goblins .

but that means that i must restart the whole level..... what in urer opinion is the best level?

My favourite level? That's a hard one. The "Tomb" level with the Wraiths and Furys is a lot of fun as is the Castle's "Dungeon" level, but a favourite? To be honest, I try not to pick favourites .
