Re the reps.
Notice if killing one of the other of the lizards, spiders, elements, that ALL other factions go a warm and cuddly green. Is this a prob with the mod or with my setup??

cm2010,

Missions are being looked at as well as the loot (cargo) carried by AI.. we are trying to make it more appropriate to the area

marnmacca,

There is nothing wrong with your set-up this is an area that is being looked at, and should be adjusted so its different, It is however easy to wreck your rep, by killing other AI.

Go to Dresden and look around.... tho it may dissapoint you as access is limited, and it is designed as a place for admins and without the admin files nothing that is in there is available to the player.

Kansai Research in Kyushu looks like it was broken up and re-arranged so that the docking ports are now fused into the lower part of the station and the physics are such that a ship cannot penetrate and gain access to the docking port. Meanwhile, the HUD display indicates that it is still dockable.

Is this a bug or on purpose?

Thanks.

Theres also a bug with Planet Espa, the tradelane from the battleship is named the wrong way round, says planet sepa at the battleship and vice versa

I like it. Just as was stated I hate those Elemental guys. I know this was supposed to be a hard mod, but I had no idea how hard until one of those little guys blew me away with what seemed like one shot. What do you have to be flying in order to take these guys on, right now I have that nightstalker plane and it doesn't last very long against those fire sprites.

Let's get those missiles ready to destroy the universe!!

Thanks. Not that it has all that much impact on the Mod but, well, I spent a good while trying to figure out if there was some "special" way or approach to dock.

I'm enjoying the Mod, btw

ugnaught, if you cant survive in a nightstalker you must not be trying very hard

indy, thanks, nice to hear that some of the known vets here have taken an interest in our mod

Why must you totally delete everything you've done before, before you can get this mod to work? You don't have to with any others I've played and it seems like too much work/worry.

Post Tue Nov 30, 2004 3:03 pm

What are you talking about? If you mean why isn't this mod compatible with other mods...the answer is simply, its a big mod...

Post Tue Nov 30, 2004 5:42 pm

I think he means in the instructions where its RECOMMENDED to clean install FL and the SDK.

You don't have to, i know I dont, but some people have had problems with the mod if they dont, in fact i think most of the other big mods sometimes need a clean install.

Post Tue Nov 30, 2004 5:49 pm

Yeah, don't panic... I've installed this mod right after running mine (which is a pretty extreme mod, given that it's a TC) and haven't had any problems, running FLMM.

Just install the SDK, which takes about 1 minute... open up FLMM... run the mod. All good
