how do i make a flmod archive so it could unzip in to the mod manager

hi i am sorry for the vage post but this is what i wanted to do was make a mod with just a copy of my common.dll file so players on my server or any other one can put the order and nomads on there rep list so heres the link can you please tell me what i did wrong http://home.comcast.net/~rsabatino/exez ... flmod..zip because i have physically put it in the mods folder it is not going there automatically like it should . thanyou for your time.

make .flmod the last extension and make your exe folder be the first one it sees in the file
