i cant get the mod to work!

i recently dl'd "tie universe v2.1" and it wont activate right it keeps on saying
" Error: Unable to find dest 'archetype = li_dreadnought'(...) in 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\data\ships\loadouts_special.ini' "
what is this and how do i fix it?
