PLease help with making a server

Here SysOps can list their MultiPlayer server info and users can send feedback to their SysOps. Or just talk about the MultiPlayer servers they play on. This is not about MultiPlayer in general - please use the MultiPlayer Forum for that!

PLease help with making a server

I dont understand computers and want to make a serve. I read the posts on how to make them but still dont understand. I need someone to exactly tell me what to run and what to click. Please help. I started the server and its on the serevr list, but noone can connect to it. So PLEASE help.
